    Dear Students,

    Welcome to the NYS ICT Learning Management System (LMS). We are excited to have you on board for this term! Whether you are enrolled in MIS, SAD or any other ICT unit, this platform will serve as your central hub for all course-related activities and resources.

    Getting Started

    Log In: Use the login credentials provided to access your account. If you haven’t received your login details, please contact tandonmaisiba15@gmail.com.

    Profile Setup: Once logged in, take a moment to complete your profile. This helps your instructors and peers get to know you better.

     

    Course Navigation: You will find all your enrolled units listed on the dashboard. Click on the course title to enter the course area.

    Course Materials and Activities

    Announcements: Check the announcements section regularly for important updates from your instructors.

    Modules: Each course is divided into modules or units. Navigate through these modules to access lecture notes, readings, and other learning materials.

    Assignments: Submit your assignments through the LMS. Ensure you adhere to the deadlines specified.

    Discussion Forums: Participate in discussion forums to engage with your peers and instructors. Share insights, ask questions, and collaborate.

    Engagement and Interaction

    Introduce Yourself: Start by posting an introduction in your course’s introduction forum. Tell us a bit about yourself and your interests in ICT.

    Peer Interaction: Comment on at least two of your peers' introduction posts. This is a great way to start building a learning community.

    Instructor Interaction: Feel free to reach out to your instructors via the LMS messaging system for any course-related queries.
